Red, White & Blue Cakes – (2) Buttermilk pancakes filled with local blueberries & raspberries, then dusted with powdered sugar. $6.00

Pulled Pork Bene- Home made smoked pulled pork with house made BBQ sauce with bacon braised red cabbage topped with poached eggs & hollandaise atop an English muffin with choice of potatoes. $12.00

Bubba Gump Hash- Marinated ginger & garlic shrimp, smoked tomatoes, Nappa cabbage & carrots over O’Brien potatoes. Topped with two eggs any style, a drizzle of sriracha chili sauce & green onions. $12.75

Country Omelet- Traditional omelet filled with two breakfast links, grilled onions, peppers & cheddar cheese. Smothered with gravy & served with choice of toast & potatoes. $11.00



Remember we do not take reservations but you may avoid a long wait by coming in before 9 a.m. or after 1 p.m. Also for groups of 6 or more, take into account that you may wait longer than usual because of table availability but if you would like to be seated quicker breaking up your group will make it much faster, if you are willing to do this please let your host know and note it on the wait list next to your name and group size.
